Track your Hilti.

Hilti runs the high-spec end of the construction-tool market. A TE-rotary hammer, a DD core drill, an SD-MAX magazine of fixings — these are professional-spec, professional-priced, and a target for organised theft. TTT lives in the Hilti case, the trolley or the lockup that holds the gear.

Why thieves target it

Why Hilti gets stolen

Hilti is professional-spec, high-priced and recognisable in the red and black livery. Demolition hammers, core drills, powder-actuated tools — kit that sells fast on second-hand markets to buyers who know what they want. Hilti also runs an On!Track asset-management product on Bluetooth + barcode; powerful for inventory, but Bluetooth alone does not recover gear once it walks.

What TTT does

What TTT does for a Hilti kit

TTT lives inside the Hilti case or trolley, or in the site lockup that holds the kit. Plastic and composite cases do not block signal. For heavy plant — DD150 core rigs, TE-2000 demolition hammers — TTT mounts inside the unit housing on a vibration-damped bracket. Geofence the site; live mode the moment kit leaves outside hours.

What we don't do

What we do not do

We do not replace Hilti's On!Track inventory system — On!Track is best-in-class for asset registration and serial-number tracking, and you should keep using it. What TTT adds is the GPS recovery layer that On!Track does not have. The two work well together: On!Track for the register; TTT for the recovery.

FAQ

Hilti questions.

Three common questions on tracking Hilti kit.

Does TTT compete with Hilti On!Track?

Different products solving different problems. On!Track is an asset register with Bluetooth tags — great for inventory, useless for recovery if the kit leaves Bluetooth range. TTT is GPS + cellular — built for recovery, not registration. Run both; they complement each other.

Will TTT work inside the Hilti case?

Yes — Hilti cases are plastic-shelled and the signal passes through. Mount inside the lid or in an unused foam slot.

Can I track a Hilti DD core drill on a trolley?

Yes. For a heavy-plant unit, hardwire TTT to the 110V/240V loom via a small adapter (we will supply), or mount the battery-only device inside the unit housing on a vibration mount.
