Feature

Geofences that bark.

A geofence is a digital line around a place that matters. Your yard. Your depot. The site you are on this week. Set the rules. Set the hours. Get pinged the moment something crosses.

The detail

Draw any shape

Pinch and drag to draw a polygon on the map. Tight around your yard. Loose around a job site. As many geofences as you need. Each one can have different rules: hours it is active, who gets pinged, what triggers an alert.

Hours and quiet times

Set knock-off at 4pm and the geofence wakes up. If the trailer leaves the depot at 2am on a Sunday, you find out. If it leaves at 6:30am on a Tuesday, the geofence stays quiet. Built so you can sleep, not drown in alerts.

Per-crew routing

Different fences ping different people. Foreman gets the yard alert. The owner gets the after-hours one. Subbies see their own gear and nothing else. Permissions are set at the crew level, not the asset level — easy to manage.

FAQ

Questions on this feature.

A few common ones on geofencing & alerts. If yours isn't here, ring 1800 TTT GEAR.

How many geofences can I create?

Starter: up to 3 active. Crew: up to 20. Business: unlimited. You can archive and re-activate fences as job sites change.

Can a fence cover multiple assets?

Yes. A single yard fence can apply to every tracker on the crew. You can also pin specific trackers to specific fences if you do not want the company ute being tracked when it visits the yard.

What triggers a fence alert?

Crossing the line, in or out, during the hours the fence is active. You can pick 'exit only', 'entry only' or both. You can also stack a fence with a tamper alert so any after-hours movement plus tamper triggers a higher-priority push.
